Job Description

Provide installation and training support to new customer as per the guideline given by the service manager.
Make sure to receive customer feedback form from customer after installation.
Handling the service problem of customer and provide satisfactory solution to Te customer.
Responsible for offline machine training at customer place.
Post service completion, service feedback form should be received from customer.
Maintain the diary of expenses like food, travel, hotel, etc done while travelling for official purpose. (While on servicing or installation)
Expenses should be produced to concerned department head with required supported bills and his authorisation will be considered as final for any financial claims.
Daily reporting in service group.
Other task as an when assigned by the management.
Mechanical engineer preferred.
Two Sundays off weekly.
Two Sundays timings 9:45-3:00pm
