Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Shuttle Loom Supervisor to join our team in Kadodara, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in the textile/garments industry.
The Shuttle Loom Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production of fabrics on shuttle looms. This includes monitoring the quality of the fabrics, ensuring that the looms are running efficiently, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training and supervising the loom operators.
The successful candidate should have a graduate degree in textile engineering or a related field. They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The position offers an annual salary of ₹3,00,000-3,60,000 and other benefits as per company norms. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
