Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook,
Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels Measure the success of every social media campaign, monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights, Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and betterways of measuring social media activity, analyze competitor activity, analyze competitor activity
Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms, should have good content writing skill to create marketing content.
Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your
organization and brand, obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures,
analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Undertake audience research, manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies, attend educational
conferences
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms, communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Hire and train other in the team, manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social
media executives or assistants, Maintains social media marketing staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
