Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Visitor Orientation Process
● Greetings to visitors and getting their information
● Site visitor Orientation about project & amenities
● Sample flat touring with visitors
Back End Job
● Follow up with the previous visitors for their feedback
● Submitting reports of feedback call
● SMS and Whatsapp messaging to previous customers
Marketing Activities
● Monitoring Leaflet distribution activities
● SMS and WhatsApp Messaging Marketing Activity Handling
● Data collection and analyzing with reports of marketing campaign
● Brochure planning feedback & coordination.
Finance Activities
● Supporting Existing customers with their home loan related things with support of Finance dept.
● Coordinating their civil work related changes
CRM Management
● Updating Master in CRM (SMS & Whatsapp templates)
● Updating & creating necessary automatons in CRM to do autotask
● Update, Track & implement changes in CRM to technical person of CRM.
● Monitor change in website, find bugs issues and take up with concerned personnel in the Group.
● Find bugs, raise a ticket for issues in CRM and coordinate with the CRM vendor.
● Creating whatsapp bot for respective projects for automatons.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Graduate, MBA more preferable
Technology Enthusiastic
PREFERRED SKILLS
● Good Computer Knowledge with MS office proficient
● Use of Internet and email communication
● Excellence in communication in Hindi and English
