Salary : Up to 40k
• Develop, manage & Implement branding & marketing Strategy for entire CAPL Group of businesses.
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Event evaluation Planning & Execution
• Brand Placement and Merchandising Planning and execution (Online & Offline)
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices and technologies
• Work with content writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with cross functional teams
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Hire and train others in the team
• Provide constructive feedback
• Issue reports periodically or whenever necessary
• Perform any other duties/task as assigned by Management.
Job specification
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field of marketing and 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of marketing KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skill
