Position: Store Incharge
Location: Katargam, Surat

Working Hours: 10am-7pm
Annual Salary Range: ₹264,000 - ₹300,000

Responsibilities:
- Manage the assets of the store efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management and stock levels.
- Ensure the safe storage and handling of heavy machinery parts and equipment.
- Supervise the dispatch function, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Maintain clear and organized records of all store transactions.
- Coordinate with the store executive and team for smooth operations.
- Implement safety measures and protocols in the store.
- Monitor and report on store performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum experience: 1 year in a relevant role.
- Maximum experience: 2 years in store management or related field.
- Graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
