Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Textile / Garments team in Hojiwala, Sachin, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a Graduate degree.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Textile / Garments team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing team members, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹240000 to ₹360000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours are 9am-7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
