Job Description

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Varachha, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role and a graduate degree.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing staff, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Supervisor should also be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

This is a full-time position with a salary of ₹180000 per annum. Working hours are 10am-7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
