Job Title:Technical Recruiter
Reports To: Director Date: 14/07/2021
I. PURPOSE:
Primarily responsible for understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out recruiting activities accordingly. Closely work with India Recruitment Team & follow best practices in Technical Recruiting & ensuring Candidate/Hiring Manager's best Interview Experience. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts right hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Pro-actively work on assigned technical positions & deliver within TAT .
2. Follow-ups with Interviewer Panel for interview schedules & seek for continuous feedback for any further improvisation.
3. Building Talent Pipeline across multiple tech levels.
4. Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information as per current recruitment legislation.
5. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
6. Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
7. Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
8. Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with recruitment process.
9. Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
10. Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
11. Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
12. Coordinate with HR and hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
III. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelors or Master degree in Human Resources Management.
2. 4 + Years of proven work experience as a "Technical Recruiter".
3. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Virtual/Physical).
4. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for the abovementioned roles.
5. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
6. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques & building a strong tech pipeline through varied sourcing channels (e.g. Social Media recruiting & Boolean search).
7. Possess excellent communication & analytical skills

V. EXTENT OF PUBLIC CONTACT:
1. Contact with candidates and hiring Managers in US.
VI. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Normal 40-hour workweek 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Monday through Friday.
2. Hours may need to be adjusted to coordinate with US stakeholders
3. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
4. Must be able to use a computer.
5. Occasional extended hours and off hours availability for emergencies.
