Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, primarily in Gujarati, and explaining the features and benefits of our app to potential users. You will also be responsible for resolving any queries or issues that users may have regarding the app.
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills in Gujarati and be comfortable speaking to customers over the phone. You should be able to effectively articulate the benefits of our app and address any concerns or questions that users may have. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet to provide quick and accurate solutions to customer issues. This is a full-time position located in Kudasan, Gandhinagar, with a salary range of INR 240,000 to INR 480,000 per year.
