Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller cum Counselor to join our team in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
The Telecaller cum Counselor will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our services, and counseling them on the best options for their needs. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, and have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is between ₹1,00,000 and ₹1,80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
