Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones and providing detailed information about our company's products and services. You will also be required to contact both existing and potential customers using provided scripts. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering customer information and other relevant data to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively explain complex information to customers. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. We offer a competitive salary range of 180,000 to 300,000 per year, along with additional job benefits.
