Job Description
We are currently seeking a Telecalling professional to join our team in Surat. As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide them with information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
In this role, you will be expected to meet daily and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated. You will need to maintain accurate records of all calls made and customer interactions. Additionally, you may be required to follow up with customers via email or other communication channels. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
