Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our FMCG team in Kim, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Graduate degree and up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and responding to customer inquiries. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service orientation.

The working hours for this position are 10am-7pm. The annual salary for this position is between ₹180000 and ₹240000, depending on experience. Benefits are as per company norms.
