Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at our Water Treatment facility in Makana Gam, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Graduate degree and up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and setting up appointments for sales representatives. The Telecaller will also be responsible for following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions they may have.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service orientation.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. The annual salary range for this position is ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,20,000, and other benefits as per company norms.
