Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team at our Textile / Garments company in Sahara Darwaja, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a Graduate degree.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and responding to customer inquiries. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong work ethic.

The working hours for this position are 9:30am-6pm. The annual salary for this position is between ₹180000 and ₹240000, depending on experience. Other job benefits are as per company norms.
