Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team in Varachha, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a maximum of 3 years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and setting up appointments. They will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a good understanding of customer service principles.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

The annual salary for this position is between ₹180000 and ₹216000, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. Benefits will be provided as per company norms
