Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team in Varachha, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and should be a graduate.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and answering any questions they may have. The Telecaller will also be responsible for following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to identify any additional sales opportunities.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers a salary of between ₹12000 and ₹15000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Additional benefits are as per company norms.
