To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests
Greeting the showroom customers and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member
Attending walk in customers
Maintaining database of walk in customers
Female candidate preferred for this role
Candidate should have a pleasing personality
Good communication skill (specially in English)
Answers all incoming calls, takes messages and transfers callers to the appropriate department
Documenting walk in customers details, noting basic demographic information and contact information
