Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Actively seek out customers in store
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Achieve & improve market / customer penetration as per plan.
Take responsibility for production of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, as
well as relevant business data as instructed by superiors.
Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs at PAN
India Level
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
