Job Description:
Hiring for Travel Sales Consultant for Overseas (Outbound) as well as Domestic Holiday
Packages Travel Sales Process.
Identify the need of the customer price or product, and accordingly start-off counselling.
Counselling the customer with a very high degree of accuracy on the product
Driving Sales through the Shop/Franchisee and growing the business
Manage day to day Leisure Travel Sales Operations at outlet.
To ensure that the staff at the counter handover the brochure / response prior to closure of counselling session
Set & achieve sales targets.
Experience in Holidays Sales is must.
Selling Air fare Packages.
Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change /cancellations.
Lead generation activities: with team at events such as malls, community gatherings, clubs, concerts, exhibitions, etc.
Job Specifications:
Fluent English communication skills.
Also must be fluent with Gujarati/Hindi.
Set & achieve sales targets
Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. (as per experience)

NOTE -
Candidates has to have genuine work-ex of selling International Holiday packages.
We might keep a 2 to 3 months of training period for the candidate depending on his/her work ex. and interview conducted , where we might as well as offer only half salary for the initial training period.
It's a target based job and there is no as such limitation as to work only from office only or work only in field. Candidate has to sell Holiday packages by working from anywhere and everywhere based on monthly target given. (industry norm - mostly 66% above his agreed salary)
Candidate will be hired on franchise owner's payroll and not MakeMyTrip Payroll.
