Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user
experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of various digital assets. The successful
candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX
design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user
experience design and user interface technology.
Responsibilities:
● Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user
feedback
● Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
● Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive
user interfaces
● Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and
informational components
● Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
● Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
● Create logos, icons, and illustrations to enhance the usability of apps.
● Adhere to style standards concerning style, color schemes, and fonts, etc.
● Take feedback from developers and fellow designers to implement in the design.
● Collaborating effectively with a product, engineering, and management teams
● Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in
order to enhance user experience
Requirements:
● An excellent portfolio showcasing your previous work.
● Good understanding of wireframe tools like Adobe XD / Figma / sketch.
● Proficiency in software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and after-effects is a big plus.
● Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive designs.
● Great attention to detail.
● Self-motivated, willing to explore and learn.
Education Qualification :
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Experience:
● 1-2 years of experience working with UI/UX
